Every now and again, we really have to dig down deep into our hearts to decide whether a life is worth saving. It’s not all that hard a decision to make when you’re willing to put your common sense aside and just look at that little face looking back at you. At least it wasn’t a difficult decision for our wonderful volunteer, Pam Mayes, When we told her about our little French Bulldog puppy with legs that didn’t seem to work at all, Pam didn’t even hesitate. nbbrutus1The Hottest (and Coolest) Dog for the Job!

Brutus knows how to keep those customers coming back, after all, he literally grew up on the job.

When new French Bulldog owner Joya Towne first brought home her brand new black masked fawn puppy, Brutus, she couldn’t bear to think of him home all day alone by himself.  Instead, she brought him along with her to her job at the Trane Parts Center in Nashville where she works as an administrator.  Brutus was thrilled to be able to spend all day with his mom and all of his new friends at the shop, and it didn’t take long for all of his new friends to become equally enchanted with this little redheaded interloper.

Brutus has become the company mascot.

He is so popular with the customers that they often come in when they are in the area just to say hi to Brutus whether or not they need anything from the shop.  Brutus doesn’t mind at all… He’s happy to spend his whole day with his hardworking mom and all of his friends and acquaintances who can’t seem to get enough of this charming Frenchie gentleman.
